Take me out to the ball game,Take me out with the crowd.Buy me some peanuts and cracker jack,I don't care if I never get back,Let me root, root, root for the home team, (Home team改成主場球隊)If they don't win it's a shame.For it's one, two, three strikes, you're out,At the old ball gameJack Norworth在1908年寫的歌曲  寫在一張從報紙上撕下來的小紙片由Albert Von Tilzer作曲  約克音樂公司錄音並在同年年底發行然後他就成了棒球場上的國歌有趣的是 作者Jack Norworth直到1940年6月27日才第一次到球場看球布魯克林道奇 5:4 打敗了芝加哥小熊隊第一個在球場上唱這首歌的是Harry Carry(著名的球場廣播員)1971年的一場比賽 他在比賽中低聲唱著這首歌  並說「我會一直唱這首歌，因為這是我唯一懂得歌詞意義的歌」1976年 負責聯盟推廣的Bill Veeck偷偷放了個麥克風在廣播席使得大家都能清楚的聽到這首歌 並且跟著唱於是乎  Take Me Out To The Ball Game成了大聯盟場上七局上攻守交換時間必唱的歌曲----------------------------------------------------------------------------有一天我一定要到大都會的新球場(Shea Stadium應該是沒機會了)體驗這首棒球國歌!!!
